Vintage Bus & Coach Day - 7th June 2020

Sunday 7th June 2020 - 10am to 5pm

Enjoy the sights and sounds of Buses and Coaches from the 1930s to present.

Travel by rail through the heart of the Norfolk countryside. Free bus services will be operating.

The event is being supported by Konectbus.

A vehicle display is taking place at Dereham Railway Station.

Due to the bus display at Dereham, there is only limited parking for disabled visitors at Dereham Station, we recommend visitors to park at Cherry Tree/Theatre Street car park and catch the bus to the station (below) or use one of the other free car parks in Dereham, alternatively come by Konectbus on the day. There is no parking facilities at Worthing/Hoe, Yaxham, Thuxton Hardingham or Kimberley Park. You are unable to board/alight the train at Worthing/Hoe or Wymondham Junction.

Every effort will be made to operate these free bus services, which are subject to availablity, but the Mid-Norfolk Railway cannot be held responsible for any missed journeys. Please note that most of the vintage vehicles operating the services will not be easy to access for those with disabilities.

Train Fares - All day rover tickets are valid on all trains.

Tickets can be purchased on the day from the ticket offices at Dereham and Wymondham Abbey railway stations or from the on-board train Guard or Travelling Ticket Inspector.
