Visiting Minor Stations

Please Note:- There are no car parking spaces available at these stations or in the local villages.

We ask those visiting, to park at Dereham or Wymondham Abbey and use the train to visit these stations

Yaxham:

A lovely village that lies 2 miles from Dereham, Yaxham station is ideal for Yaxham Waters & approx 1 mile walk to Yaxham Mill

Thuxton:

Thuxton lies half way between Dereham & Wymondham and is the location of our Passing Loop. The village is home to the lovely St Pauls Church. Thuxton is also home to the famous Norfolk Black Turkeys and was visited by Michael Portillos Great British Railway Journeys in 2010.

Please be aware that there are No Parking Spaces anywhere in the village

Hardingham - CLOSED TO PUBLIC

Hardingham station is closed to the public and generally opens once a year for the Hardingham Fete' in June

Kimberley Park:

Kimberley Park station is located in Kimberley Village on the B1108, about half way between Norwich and Watton.
