Terms and Conditions
This website is provided as a service for those interested in what we do, including our customers, local residents, and the wider railway preservation community. If you wish to make use of this service, then you must observe the following commonsense rules:
- While we endeavour to keep this site as up-to-date as possible, we cannot guarantee that the information it contains will still be correct by the time you read it. In particular, services that require advance booking may have filled up since the site was last updated.
- Where we have provided links to websites operated by other people or organisations, that is done for your convenience, and does not imply any endorsement by us. We are not responsible for the content of other people's web sites.
- We will do all we can to ensure that services run as advertised. Circumstances may, however, require us to cancel trains, alter the timings, or make any other alternative arrangements deemed necessary, at any time without notice.
- Trust members normally get a discount on the cost of travel, except when we are running special events. We reserve the right to alter our fares and to suspend the members' discount scheme at any time without notice.
- Where we have indicated that certain locomotives or vehicles are to be used in our trains, this information is provided as a courtesy only, and is subject to last-minute changes.
- All prices quoted on this site are inclusive of VAT.
